Released - if you are able to complete the wagering requirements before the bonus expiration date, the restrictions on the bonus amount will be released. After the amount is released, all restrictions on this amount and any associated winnings are removed. Exhausted - a bonus is exhausted if the restricted amount has reduced to zero. For example: you received a $10 bonus, placed a $10 bet on any event with it and lost it. Expired - if a player cannot meet the wagering requirements before the expiration date, the bonus will not be valid anymore. The bonus amount (and winnings, if configured) will be withdrawn.

What is a bonus code, exactly?

If you wish to be eligible for a bonus, you must submit a promo code while making a deposit or registering for an account. Bonus codes can be found in a variety of places, such as promotional mailings and adverts on our websites and elsewhere.

Can I use a bonus code given to me by a friend or obtained on the internet?

What is the current amount that is restricted?

A withdrawal restricted bonus can be set to limit the amount of the bonus, deposit, or winnings. This is the current restricted quantity that can be used in legitimate games. What is the date of expiration?

Our perks are only available for a short time. Before the expiration date, a player must complete the play criteria. If you do not complete the play conditions by the expiration date, the bonus, or a mix of bonus and winning amounts, will be forfeited.

What is a play-restricted bonus, and how does it work?

The bonus sum will be added to a player's account once the play criteria have been satisfied in a Play Restricted Bonus. You can use this money in any game or withdraw it once it's been issued to your account. A play restricted bonus's total bonus amount may be distributed to you in multiple equal installments. The play requirements are likewise distributed evenly among the parts. The remaining parts will not be released to you if you do not meet the play requirements within the bonus validity period.

What portion of my deposit will be included in the restricted amount?

The restricted amount is determined by a simple rule: it is the fraction of your deposit that would have resulted in you receiving the same bonus amount. Consider the following scenario: The bonus is worth 100% (up to $500), and there is a $20 minimum deposit required to take advantage of it. If you deposit $500, the first $500 will be deducted from your limited balance. This $500 deposit will result in a $500 withdrawal-restricted bonus (100% of $500) being applied to your account. The bonus amount will not be increased if you deposit more than $500.

Is there a fee if my account balance is zero or inactive at BETSARACEN? Is my account going to be closed?

If your account balance is zero, no admin fees are imposed; however, if your account becomes inactive or dormant (you have not signed in for more than two years), BETSARACEN has the right to close it. If such action is taken, you will be notified through email.

Does BETSARACEN charge fees if I close and renew my account?

If you close your account, you will not be charged an administrative fee to reopen it at a later date. For assistance, contact Customer Service.

How can I close my account?

To deactivate your account, go to “Limits”. During this time, you will be unable to sign in to your account or reactivate your account apart from in exceptional circumstances. Upon completion of the deactivation period you will be given the option to extend. All current funds will be returned to you and all bets voided.

 

Geolocation

I'm having a problem with my geolocation...

You can access your account even if you are not physically present in Arkansas, but you won't be able to place bets. You may not be able to place bets if you're in Arkansas near the state boundary, or in a rural area where there aren't enough Wi-Fi signals or cell towers to verify your position.

The geolocation tests will fail if you utilize a Virtual Private Network (VPN), Virtual Network Client (VNC), or Remote Desktop software. When you try to play, make sure the following apps aren't running: Log Me In, TigerVNC, Team Viewer, Apple VNC (Mac), GoToMeeting, Apple Remote Mgmt (Mac), and Splashtop are just a few of the applications available.
  • If you're playing from a remote place you might not be able to play since there aren't enough Wi-Fi signals to adequately authenticate your position.

To be geolocated, what kind of network connection do I need?

You must be online (PC/Mac/mobile) or have cellular service to participate (mobile device). It is not necessary to be connected to a wireless network; however, Wi-Fi must be enabled. You must also have Location Services switched on to play from a mobile device.

What is geolocation, and how does it work?

This is the method we employ to ensure that everyone playing our games is situated within the state of Arkansas, as required by law. We currently use Wi-Fi signal triangulation and your IP address to establish your location. You might not be able to play if you don't confirm them. For Windows 8, swipe/scroll to the right on the Apps screen to find the Windows System category > Panel of Control > Open the View dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Control Panel > select Category > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > select Change adapter settings from the left column > click on your Wi-Fi adapter (it should be called Wi-Fi or Wireless Network Connection) and select enable.

Open the Control Panel from the Start Menu in Windows 7 or Vista. Open the View dropdown box in the top right corner of the Control Panel > pick Category > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter (it will be called something like Wi-Fi or Wireless Network Connection) and select enable from the left column.

What can I do if my location on a desktop or laptop computer is wrongly listed as being outside of Arkansas?

There may be a problem detecting you over Wi-Fi if you feel you are within the state of Arkansas and are being prevented from playing on a desktop or laptop computer.
